  • Kyle Pizzey
    Chief Operating Officer

    Kyle Pizzey is a seasoned leader with data systems and intelligence analytics expertise. As CEO of a data-driven consultancy, he successfully acquired a CNC machine shop for additive and traditional manufacturing, securing significant funding through Small Business Administration and Tax Increment Financing initiatives. With experience in Enterprise Resource Planning system deployment, Kyle has demonstrated his ability to navigate complex projects.

    As Head of Operations at a London-based defence and security consultancy, Kyle excelled in contract negotiations and project management, fostering collaboration among corporate partners, government ministries, and international experts. His contributions were pivotal in finalizing high-profile projects, including the Taliban Sources Project. Moreover, he was crucial in fostering projects worth $700 million in the aerospace sector, forging successful partnerships between government and private entities.

    Kyle previously oversaw theatre-wide data and intelligence fusion as the ISAF HQ/IJC IDC CJ2 Data Fusion Chief at NATO ISAF. He implemented and maintained critical databases, designed advanced data analytics models, and delivered actionable intelligence products. Kyle’s close collaboration with senior decision-makers, authorship of information management procedures, and professional end-user requirement management showcased his theatre assessment and strategic decision-making expertise.

  • Dylan Griese
    Chief Revenue Officer

    As CRO, Dylan is passionate about forging strategic partnerships with Conjured’s business connections. He possesses a deep understanding of how to fully communicate, extract, and implement the benefits of AM technology across individual applications and entire industries. Dylan is results-driven and relentless in his pursuit of quantifiable success.

    Dylan brings broad experience in industry and capital markets, having previously co-founded a successful advanced manufacturing operation after spending a large portion of his career in private equity. In his co-founder role, he collaborated on and implemented the strategic vision of the company. Dylan also raised financing to apply to new resource investments and drove revenues by opening contracts worth millions of dollars that combined machining, fabrication, additive manufacturing, and other solutions. On the deal side of private equity, he identified acquisition opportunities and worked on raising debt and equity financing. On the operation side of private equity as a portfolio company project manager, Dylan developed tools facilitating advanced analysis for executive decision-making on everything from pricing/costing structures to workstation efficiency and productivity. He built out sales/marketing initiatives and was responsible for collecting and organizing core production data, ultimately collaborating on the implementation of custom ERP systems with this information.

  • Rick Strukoff
    Chief Executive Officer

    Rick has extensive experience in defence and civilian environments where intelligence analysis, problem-solving, and technical expertise matter. His wide-ranging understanding of information systems combined with experience in production, design and process development for automation means he is always looking for ways to improve efficiency. Rick is a force multiplier as he brings a decade of manufacturing design and machine operations experience, including being the production manager at a specialized OEM manufacturer of clay-based products and managing the estimating of a large scale machining operation. His experience includes developing custom engineering solutions for new applications.
